For capable professionals with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms

Your mind does not need another productivity system. It may need a different kind of reset.

The Clear Mind Method is an eight-week private programme designed to help you identify and release the emotional patterns that may be intensifying overwhelm, anxiety, procrastination and mental noise, so you can approach work and life with more calm, clarity and control.

The frustration nobody sees

On paper, you are doing well. Inside, it can feel like you are holding everything together by force.

You may be intelligent, experienced and outwardly successful. Yet focus disappears at the wrong moment, criticism hits harder than it should, small tasks become heavy and your mind rarely feels quiet.

1You delay an important task, then rely on pressure and panic to get it finished.

2You can lead other people confidently, but second-guess yourself when the pressure becomes personal.

3You create new systems with good intentions, only to abandon them when the same emotional resistance returns.

4You finish the working day exhausted, but your mind continues replaying conversations, decisions and unfinished tasks.

This does not mean you are lazy, incapable or failing. It may mean that the visible difficulty is only the surface of a deeper, automatic pattern. If the underlying trigger stays untouched, another diary, app or morning routine can only do so much.

A different explanation

What if the noise is not the root problem, but the signal?

The Clear Mind Method looks beneath the visible symptom. It explores whether learned emotional responses, often formed much earlier in life, are still being activated in adult situations such as deadlines, criticism, conflict, visibility or responsibility.

The trigger

A deadline, difficult conversation, decision or moment of uncertainty.

The pattern

An automatic response such as avoidance, panic, shutdown, overthinking or people-pleasing.

The result

Mental noise, emotional exhaustion and behaviour that makes little sense to the capable adult you know yourself to be.

The reset

Identify the pattern, reduce its emotional charge and build a calmer adult response to the same situation.

What can begin to change

Not a new personality. More access to the capable person already there.

The aim is not to make you work harder or pretend every difficulty will disappear. It is to reduce the inner friction that can make ordinary work and life feel unnecessarily difficult.

Respond with more calm

Create more space between a difficult moment and your reaction, so pressure does not take over as quickly.

Use your focus more deliberately

Spend less energy wrestling with avoidance, rumination and emotional resistance before important work.

Finish the day with more left

Reduce the hidden emotional workload that can leave you depleted even when the day looked manageable.

The Pattern-to-Presence Process

A private three-stage process built around your real triggers

There is no generic script and no expectation that one tool should work for everyone. The work follows the patterns showing up in your actual life.

1

Map the noise

Identify the situations, emotions and repeating responses that are creating the most friction at work and at home.

2

Release the pattern

Use Simon's guided emotional release process to explore and reduce the charge attached to key triggers.

3

Practise the adult response

Apply simple integration tools so you can meet familiar pressure with greater awareness, choice and steadiness.

This may be right for you if...

  • You are a professional, founder or leader who functions well outwardly but struggles privately.
  • You recognise patterns of overwhelm, avoidance, anxiety, emotional sensitivity or persistent mental noise.
  • You are open to exploring emotional patterns alongside any medical or practical support you already use.
  • You want private, individual work rather than another general course or productivity template.

This is unlikely to be right if...

  • You are looking for an ADHD diagnosis, medication advice or emergency mental health support.
  • You want a guaranteed cure or an instant result without reflection and participation.
  • You are unwilling to discuss the emotional situations connected to your recurring patterns.
  • You want to replace medical care rather than use this as a complementary personal-development approach.

Why Simon developed this approach

He did not begin as a practitioner. He began as someone looking for answers.

Simon was a London solicitor experiencing severe anxiety and repeated panic attacks. His search for relief led him away from surface-level symptom management and towards the emotional patterns underneath.

After retraining as a kinesiologist, he spent decades refining the process through thousands of individual sessions. The Clear Mind Method brings that experience into a structured private programme for professionals who know they are capable, but do not always feel in control of how their mind and body respond.

Questions you may be asking

Before you decide whether to apply

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. The programme is built around the specific patterns affecting your work and life, not a label. It may suit people with a formal ADHD diagnosis as well as people experiencing similar patterns without one.

Is this a treatment or cure for ADHD?

No. The Clear Mind Method does not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD. It is a complementary personal-development approach focused on emotional patterns that may sit alongside ADHD or resemble some ADHD experiences.

Should I stop medication or therapy?

No. Do not stop or change prescribed medication or medical care without speaking to the qualified professional responsible for your treatment. This programme can sit alongside appropriate clinical support but is not a replacement for it.

How much time will I need each week?

Allow approximately one hour for each private session, plus 10 to 15 minutes between sessions to notice patterns and use the integration exercises. The process is designed to fit around a demanding professional schedule.

Will I need to talk about my childhood?

The work may explore earlier experiences when they appear connected to a present-day pattern. You remain in control of what you share, and the focus stays on understanding what is affecting you now.

What happens on the Clarity Call?

You will discuss the patterns creating the most difficulty, what you have already tried and what you want to change. Simon will explain how he works and tell you honestly whether the programme appears suitable. There is no obligation to continue.

You have already proved you can push through. Now explore what could change if you did not have to.
